By downloading or using the Sangrah Suite applications, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn't try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to FitCoder.
Users have the option to upgrade to a "Pro Version" via an in-app purchase. This is a one-time purchase managed by Google Play that removes advertisements and may unlock additional premium features. FitCoder relies on Google Play's standard refund policies for all transactions.
The app requires an active internet connection to stream audio effectively and receive in-app updates. You should always accept updates to the application to ensure it continues functioning correctly and to receive new content.
FitCoder cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi, or if you don't have any of your data allowance left. In no event shall FitCoder be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
